About the Opportunity:

šŸ“We are looking for a dynamic, highly-motivated Recruiting Manager to help us attract top talent and build a world-class team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, recruiting, and hiring outstanding candidates in a highly competitive market. This role reports directly to the Head of Human Resources.

What Youā€™ll Be Doing:

šŸ“Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy for the company, ensuring it aligns with the company's business goals and culture. šŸ“Manage full-cycle recruiting process, from defining job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, to offer negotiation and onboarding. šŸ“Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. šŸ“Implement innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates and to engage passive candidates. šŸ“Utilize data-driven metrics to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness, providing regular updates to the leadership team. šŸ“Collaborate with hiring managers to understand each departmentā€™s needs and team dynamics. šŸ“Promote the company's reputation as an excellent place to work.

What We Look For In You:

šŸ“Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's degree a plus. šŸ“Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. šŸ“Proven track record of successfully sourcing, recruiting, and hiring exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds. šŸ“Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. šŸ“Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). šŸ“Knowledge of labor legislation and hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Skype, structured, technical). šŸ“Able to balance a strategy-focused mindset with a hands-on approach. šŸ“Passionate about OKX's mission and capable of representing our values and culture to potential candidates.
