Job Summary
Responsibilities
šLead Smart Contract Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality smart contracts for the Ronin blockchain (EVM), ensuring security, scalability, and performance. šTeam Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of smart contract engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. šProtocol Architecture: Architect distributed protocols with an emphasis on gas efficiency, upgradeability, and resilience to exploits. šCollaboration: Partner with product managers, researchers, and cross-functional teams to align smart contract solutions with business and community needs. šSecurity & Audits: Participate in internal and external security audits, implement feedback, and maintain best-in-class standards for smart contract safety. šInnovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging Solidity releases, developer tools, and Web3 trends to propose cutting-edge šProduction Maintenance: Ensure smart contracts are robust in production, including versioning, upgrades, and monitoring across networks. šCommunity Impact: Address technical requirements and concerns from the Ronin gaming and developer communities, delivering solutions that empower users.
Requirements
šExperience: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on smart contract development and deploying non-trivial protocols to production. šTechnical Expertise: šDeep knowledge of Solidity, Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), and EVM-compatible networks. šExperience working with Foundry and JavaScript/TypeScript. šProven track record designing, building, and testing high-volume and secure smart contracts. šExperience with protocol design, formal verification, and test-driven development is a plus.
