Job Summary
What does a day in the life as a Senior Trainer look like?
šDetermines training needs and requirements for sales LOB groups šIdentifies potential training materials to address needs of business partners šPresents in-person and online training sessions šSchedules training sessions, organizes information technology and other equipment, and manages course enrollment šPrepares and analyzes post-training reports and requirements Conducts TNA using various data-gathering techniques and tools šMonitors training program effectiveness and adjusts content as needed for improvements šPerforms ROI analysis on learning interventions šFinds and benchmarks new ways of educational and training techniques and methods to employ and apply in the improvement of skills-building activities šInitiates/recommends/enhances policies/systems and procedures to ensure smooth delivery of TD services šSpecializes in the BPO industry and keeps current on the activities and needs of the industry by attending regular meetings, conferences, and seminars šWorks with leaders to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments
What are the required qualifications of a Senior Trainer?
šBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human šResources or any related field šUndergraduates welcome to apply with 3 years of related work experience šImplements training programs from the entry-level up to managerial level using structured framework - 3 years of experience šKnowledgeable in measurement and evaluation preparation šPractices performance management, learning interventions, and policy creation šExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills šGood prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans Tools: - LMS tool management - G Suite - creating modules šExcellent communication and platform skills šFosters unity and teamwork šRole model of company values and brand identity
