As a Senior Social Media Operations Manager in our BNB Chain team, you will be responsible for:

📍Day-to-day social media operations: generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) 📍Produce and edit video content for social media platforms 📍Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals 📍Plan and implement online activities to develop brand awareness, such as promotions, competitions, AMAs, etc. 📍Communicate with users, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor issues 📍Maintain the relationship with KOL and cooperate with influencers on social media to drive followers & users acquisition 📍Monitor social media traffic metrics, and stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Qualifications

Requirements: 📍Proven rich experience in social media content operations 📍Excellent copywriting skills and ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) 📍Familiarity with content strategy, integrated marketing, virus activity, etc. 📍Fluency in English for team communication 📍Attention to detail with superior organizational and communication skills 📍Excellent project and time management skills; able to prioritize and work under pressure 📍Able to adapt well in a fast-paced environment 📍Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Ads, communications or related field interest and general 📍knowledge of the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry 📍At least 5 years of related experience in social media or marketing operations 📍Ability to adapt to remote working arrangement 📍Experience working in the blockchain industry and Web3 is preferred
