Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Support the paid media management team on daily implementation and optimization tasks including, but not limited to campaign launches, bid optimization, AB testing, content ideation and reporting; 📍Ensure solidity and coherence in cross-channel communication strategies; 📍Assist our paid ads project manager on the management of ad hoc campaigns, eventually leading end-to-end campaign launch processes on their own.
Requiremenents:
📍Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage; 📍At least one year of experience managing any kind of paid advertising digital campaign, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPI targets (CPI, CAC, ROAS); 📍Proficiency in at least two of the following paid ad channels: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, X or programmatic networks (the more, the better); 📍Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw solid conclusions from a given dataset; 📍Experience conducting A/B tests across paid channels; 📍Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating their work into effective campaign ideas; Crypto enthusiast; 📍Proactive mindset: not afraid of taking new challenges and ask for help
