Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šTalent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for Zamp. šCandidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates. šScreening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidatesā skills, experience, and cultural fit. šStakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the founder and the larger team to understand the hiring needs and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process. šEmployer Branding: Enhance Zampās employer brand by creating compelling job postings and promoting our company culture. šCandidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. šData-Driven Recruitment: Use data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and make informed decisions. šMarket Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continually improve processes.
Qualifications & Skill Set required:
š6 to 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on hiring both technical and non-technical roles within a fast-paced and dynamic organization. šProven track record of sourcing and attracting top talent, utilizing innovative recruitment strategies and tools to identify and engage candidates. šStrong understanding of technical roles and requirements, with the ability to assess technical skills and experience effectively. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. šProficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required. šA proactive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
