Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Identifying and closing top Web 3 talent globally (US, EMEA, APAC), conveying to them the unique mission and culture we’ve built at Sei Foundation 📍Constructing an end to end recruiting operation that produces bar-raising hiring decisions quickly and at scale 📍Defining and publicizing a talent brand that attracts the best talent in crypto 📍Counseling founders and leaders on issues ranging from process and offer negotiation to global buildouts and organizational design
Requirements
📍Must have a deep understanding of the current Web 3 talent market, ideally hiring at either L1/L2’s or top Dapps 📍5+ years of experience building commercial teams globally (mix of Agency and Inhouse experience a plus) 📍A history of building deep, trusted relationships with hiring managers in an early startup environment 📍Genuine passion for the wide-ranging implications of Crypto and how it impacts the future of the internet 📍Evidence of being relentless: Experience overcoming challenging personal and professional circumstances
