As Senior Agile Project Manager, you’ll get to: Work closely with the finance, compliance, and operations teams to drive projects from concept through delivery. Provide strategic counsel on project management best practices and tactics that align with the company's objectives. Serve as the cross-functional point of contact for various internal and external team members including technology, marketing, and operations, to collect project information, resolve cross-functional dependencies, develop mitigation plans, and escalate risks. Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of key operations initiatives. Drive comprehensive planning and prioritization across engineering, product, finance, risk, compliance, and customer experience teams. Identify opportunities for efficiency for future projects, and lead process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have: A bachelor's degree. Prior experience implementing Agile and managing projects across several different departments in a fast-paced environment, such as financial services or FinTech Track record of driving results and projects to completion on schedule and under budget. Strong attention to detail; you are someone that digs into all of the minutiae and understands every aspect of the project. The passion to continuously learn and when something isn’t clear you take the initiative to figure it out. Excellent written and verbal communicator, providing clear and concise updates to executive management and to all stakeholders in the organization. Critical thinker with strong analytical skills.
