Responsibilities:

📍Work closely with Engineering teams to ensure Compliance requirements are built to policy. 📍Develop project plans and product requirements for new compliance requirements or enhancements to existing requirements. 📍Ensure existing technical implementation of the program continues to function as intended, and that new requirements are implemented correctly. 📍Identify areas of enhancement at the policy and procedure level for the program. 📍Support other areas of the Counter-Illicit Finance and Sanctions Compliance program as required.

Requirements:

📍6+ years experience working in financial crimes compliance or OFAC sanctions compliance programs. 📍Previous program management experience within a financial crimes compliance or OFAC sanctions compliance program is required. 📍Previous experience working in product compliance or a similar role is required. 📍Previous experience working in crypto/Web3 is required. 📍Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. 📍Ability to identify issues or gaps and propose solutions. 📍Ability to translate compliance policies into technical requirements. 📍Ability to write project plans and product requirements.
