Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Collaborate with the People, Legal, and Compliance teams to define a clear action plan based on internal audit findings. 📍Coordinate cross-functional efforts across departments and geographies to ensure timely execution of the compliance plan. 📍Conduct basic research and support the preparation of documentation aligned with Spanish labor laws and internal policies. 📍Track progress, follow up on action items, and contribute to process documentation and reporting.
Who you are
📍Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. 📍Native Spanish speaker with High level of English proficiency (written and spoken) 📍Organized, proactive, and a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership. 📍Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment. 📍Interested in developing project management and compliance skills. 📍Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an eagerness to learn and take initiative.
