Polygon Labs develops Ethereum scaling solutions for Polygon protocols. Polygon Labs engages with other ecosystem developers to help make available scalable, affordable, secure and sustainable blockchain infrastructure for Web3. Polygon Labs has initially developed a growing suite of protocols for developers to gain easy access to major scaling solutions, including layer 2s (zero-knowledge rollups and optimistic rollups), sidechains, hybrid chains, app-specific chains, enterprise chains, and data availability protocols. Scaling solutions that Polygon Labs initially developed have seen widespread adoption with tens of thousands of decentralized apps, unique addresses exceeding 225 million, over 1.2 million smart contracts created and 2.56 billion total transactions processed since inception. The existing Polygon network is home for some of the biggest Web3 projects, such as Aave, Uniswap, and OpenSea, and well-known enterprises, including Robinhood, Stripe and Adobe. Polygon Labs is carbon neutral with the goal of leading Web3 in becoming carbon negative.
Job Summary
Your Responsibilities
šIdentify and close high-impact commercial collaborations with enterprises, financial institutions, and ecosystem players to expand adoption of Polygon Labs' solutions, including Agglayer and CDK šExecute region-specific growth strategies in North America, LATAM, and APAC in alignment with local regulatory and market conditions šWork closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to deliver seamless integration experiences and post-deal success for collaborators šRepresent Polygon Labs externally at conferences, industry events, and social forums to advocate for our technology stack and ecosystem vision šConduct market research and analysis to track trends in RWA tokenization, stablecoins, DeFi, and broader Web3 infrastructure šMaintain and grow a strong network of institutional and ecosystem contacts to uncover new strategic opportunities
What Youāll Need
š5+ years experience in business development, enterprise sales, or ecosystem growth, ideally within blockchain, fintech, or capital markets šStrong understanding of blockchain protocols, Ethereum scaling (especially ZK rollups), smart contracts, and the broader Web3 ecosystem šProven track record of negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements šExceptional communication skills and comfort interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders šExperience operating in remote-first teams and across time zones šFamiliarity with Polygon Labsā technology stack (Agglayer, CDK, Polygon PoS) preferred
