Job Summary

Responsibilities:

šŸ“Develop and execute business development strategies to drive user acquisition, transaction volume, and revenue growth. šŸ“Identify new market opportunities and develop entry strategies for crypto, FX, and cross-border payments. šŸ“Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategy. šŸ“Manage and proactively drive pipeline of leads and business development opportunities. šŸ“Expand Busha’s footprint by developing business cases for new markets and product lines. šŸ“Build and manage relationships with financial institutions, payment service providers, and key fintech/crypto stakeholders. šŸ“Establish strategic alliances with government agencies and regulatory bodies to support market expansion. šŸ“Negotiate and onboard large volume traders and enterprise partners. šŸ“Identify and secure partnerships with banks, remittance providers, and FX liquidity partners to enhance Busha’s service offerings. šŸ“Support the development of the go to market strategy, including a list of prioritized client and solution opportunity, a detailed view of the revenue opportunity, and a market engagement plan. šŸ“Lead initiatives to drive revenue growth through high value B2B Partnerships and institutional onboarding. šŸ“Optimize cross boarder payment solutions to attract business and high net-worth individuals. šŸ“Use data-driven insights to measure and refine business development efforts. šŸ“Work closely with the legal and compliance team to ensure all business development initiatives align with regulatory requirements. šŸ“Develop solid projects pipeline, drive conversions over time, and secure revenue growth over time. šŸ“Identify and attend appropriate industry events and speaking engagements. šŸ“Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor strategies to keep busha competitive.

The ideal employee must have

šŸ“5+ years of business development experience in fintech, crypto, FX, or cross-border payments. šŸ“Strong understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges, blockchain technology, remittances, and financial Services. šŸ“Established connections with banks, PSPs, FX liquidity providers, and government regulators. šŸ“Ability to identify opportunities, execute go-to-market strategies, and drive revenue growth. šŸ“Familiarity with compliance, AML policies, and global crypto/FX regulations.
