Job Summary
You Will
šEnsure a seamless technology experience for employees across the Magic organization. šDevelop and implement a strategic roadmap for IT that aligns with the Magicās overall business goals. šFurther develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet the company's needs. šEnsure compliance with security and data protection policies and regulations. šIdentify areas for improvement in the IT function and develop solutions to address them. šCollaborate with other departments to ensure that IT is aligned with the company's overall goals. šDevelop and implement best practices for IT operations, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality service to employees. šStay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in IT, incorporating new technologies and approaches as appropriate. šAutomate business processes to increase employee productivity and increase satisfaction
You Have
šBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. š4+ years of experience in IT operations, with a proven track record of managing large-scale IT functions. šExcellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of IT professionals. šStrong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. šStrategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term and long-term objectives. šStrong project management skills with experience overseeing large-scale IT projects. šExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. šStrong customer focus with a commitment to providing high-quality service to employees. šExperience customizing and managing and working in MDM solutions, Identity Access šManagement tools, and Collaboration Suites such as Jamf, Zoom, Slack and Google Workspace šScripting experience and a natural curiosity about simplifying procedures and reducing or eliminating repetitive tasks šExperience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
