Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Designing and developing high-quality, scalable, and performant front-end solutions using modern web technologies 📍Collaborating with product managers, UX/UI designers, and back-end engineers to translate requirements and designs into functional, user-friendly interfaces 📍Leading a team of front-end developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables 📍Acting as a technical expert, staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in front-end development 📍Driving continuous improvement in development processes, code quality, and front-end architecture 📍Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices, standards, and coding conventions 📍Conducting performance optimisations and ensuring the scalability and responsiveness of our front-end applications 📍Championing usability and accessibility standards, ensuring our applications are intuitive and accessible to a diverse user base 📍Staying informed about user feedback and conducting user testing to make data-driven decisions for UI/UX improvements 📍Staying aligned with project timelines and delivering high-quality work within agreed-upon deadlines
Qualifications & Skill Set required:
📍2-6 years of experience as a Front-End Engineer, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality front-end solutions 📍Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js 📍Experience in leading a team or mentoring junior developers, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills 📍Deep understanding of front-end architecture, design patterns, and best practices 📍Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility 📍Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies 📍Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers 📍Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards finding solutions
