WHAT YOU WILL DO

📍Co-manage and mentor a team of highly skilled engineers on the Platform Engineering Group (PEG) across multiple specialized subteams 📍Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define and execute the roadmap 📍Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure blockchain solutions 📍Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence 📍Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple complex workstreams 📍Manage OKRs/KPIs, and develop strategies and standards for excellence 📍Interface and collaborate with Senior Executives and the C-Suite ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive organizational change where necessary 📍Stay abreast of the latest developments in blockchain technology and distributed systems 📍Contribute to the broader blockchain community through technical talks and thought leadership

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

📍8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role 📍Deep understanding of blockchain technology, consensus mechanisms, and cryptography 📍Strong background in distributed systems and peer-to-peer networks 📍Proven track record of leading and growing high-performing engineering teams 📍Experience with Golang and/or Rust programming languages 📍Solid understanding of software development best practices, including CI/CD, testing, and code review processes 📍Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges 📍Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
