Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šLead the assessment of current data environment, focusing on the Microsoft data stack (Azure, SQL Server). šEvaluate and address technical debt, ensuring a smooth consolidation process. šArchitect and implement a robust SQL consolidation strategy. šCollaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. šProvide knowledge transfer and mentorship to junior data engineers and other team members. šEnsure that data integrity, security, and performance standards are met throughout the project.
Qualifications:
šExtensive experience with Microsoft data technologies, including Azure and SQL Server. šProven track record of successfully leading large-scale data consolidation projects. šStrong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and database optimization. šExcellent problem-solving and communication skills. šExperience with knowledge transfer and team mentorship. šAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
