Reporting directly to the Head of Developer Relations, we are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, self-directed and enthusiastic about the blockchain space. Job Summary

Covalent is on a mission to bring full transparency and visibility to all blockchain networks and we are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Manager to help us.

Reporting directly to the Ecosystem Manager we are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, self-directed and enthusiastic about the blockchain space. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a fast-moving startup working with cutting-edge technology. The successful candidate would be joining at a pivotal moment in the firm's history, with the capacity for high impact at Covalent.

Role and Responsibilities Manage a small portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts with the objective of growing Covalent’s footprint in each account through renewal and expansion activities. Lead strategic engagement with customers to ensure there is a clear value realization. Create and maintain a customer health scorecard to measure the health of your assigned accounts to engineer successful business outcomes and customer experience. Create and deliver QBRs and annual presentations for each account to review their KPIs, manage mutual action items, and to identify and pursue growth opportunities. Maintain a forecast of renewals and expansion opportunities and execute on growth opportunities. Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders in development, product management, design, marketing, and legal to ensure successful outcomes for Covalent and our customers.
Collaborate with Product on customer feedback to help drive new Product development.

Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in a Customer Success, or similar customer-facing role, especially with Data Integration SaaS solutions and/or Enterprise Fintech experience
A strong business acumen with experience directly engaging with customer stakeholder at all levels Experience in management of complex Enterprise level accounts, with high-touch Customer Success programs, and six and seven figure contracts.
Strong project management skills and experience. Experience working at a company with less than 100 people Demonstrated experience with data analysis and making data-driven decisions. A solid understanding of using a CRM. A proven track record of cross-selling and upselling in Enterprise accounts with high retention rates
