Job Summary
What You'll Be Doing
šParticipate, track and monitor compliance reviews and investigations. šMake determinations and decisions on cases investigated. šConduct additional research to ascertain validity of matches/findings. šPrepare STR materials and draft STR narratives. šAssist with special projects as needed, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. šEngaging cross-functionally (with groups such as Data, Engineering, šFinance, Legal, Product, and Risk) to implement an effective compliance management program in line with the global standards and industry best practices.
What We Look For In You
šBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. šKnowledge with AML/CFT/Sanctions/KYC and industry best practices. šProven ability to work within and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. šSelf-motivated, critical thinker and adept at working independently and in a dispersed team environment covering multiple and varied tasks. šIntuitive, highly ethical and comfortable to question and challenge. šStrong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
