Job Summary
This Corporate Development Analyst will be responsible for:
šBuild and maintain complex financial models to perform analyses under different operating scenarios and conduct in depth fundamental, financial and operational due diligence and analysis on new business development opportunities, investments and acquisitions. šPerform valuation and financial analyses, including DCF, project financing, trading comparable, precedent transactions, pro-forma projections and LBO analyses to provide the information needed to evaluate a potential development project, acquisition targets, and other corporate development and investment opportunities. š Assist in day-to-day deal and project execution. šAnalyze market trends and conduct market research.
This Corporate Development Analyst should have the following qualification:
š1-2 years of Consulting Experience šExperience within Oil & Gas, Midstream, Water, Etc. šBachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields. šLocated in or willing to relocate to Houston, TX
