Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
📍Drive local market market share growth through strategic growth campaigns and data driven decision making 📍Work closely with cross functional leads on building effective work streams between local and global growth teams 📍Facilitate communication and collaboration between regional teams, ensuring alignment and sharing of best growth practices 📍Plan and execute affiliate and KOL marketing campaigns in each region, coordinating promotional activities and tracking results, while aligning campaign objectives with regional market needs. 📍Ensure that all affiliate and KOL marketing activities comply with relevant regional laws and regulations. 📍Be responsible for the end to end campaign process; from ideation, execution & reporting.
What We Look For In You
📍4+ years experience in a growth focused role, preferably in a crypto exchange, fintech or start- up environment 📍Keen strategic thinking and planning 📍Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening 📍Effective problem-solving skills & attention to detail 📍Good organization and time management 📍Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment 📍Basic knowledge of the crypto industry
