Job Summary
In this role, you will:
📍Support data-driven decision-making by answering questions that craft a clear understanding of SDF’s progress 📍Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document data, analytics and reporting requirements 📍Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and make business recommendations 📍Conduct end-to-end analyses, and build visualizations and reporting that enable data-driven decision-making 📍Communicate compelling and practical insights from data analysis and present them regularly 📍Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting 📍Collaborate cross-functionally with a variety of roles (e.g. engineers, business development, executives)
Qualifications:
📍Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field 📍Solid understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications 📍Excellent presentation and communication skills 📍5+ years’ of active experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent role 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex data sets and synthesizing data insights into actionable recommendations 📍Proficiency in data querying and data analysis over large data sets, using SQL 📍Familiarity with data visualization tools
