Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
šReporting to the Administration Team Lead, assist in oversees the admin team and work closely with the head office. šExperience in comprehensive administration support such as office management, staff welfare, event organization, procurement, travel management, fixed and asset management, SOP/policy etc. šExperience in handling 400 employees and above is preferred. Monitor inventory, purchasing new material, cost and expenses control to assist in budget preparation. šEnsure operations adhere to policies and regulations. Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments šStrong communication skills between stakeholders and employees to manage the expectation šUnderstand the administrative difficulties and pain points and be able to give effective solutions for problem solving. šCoordination between countries to provide administration support for the internal team and HQ. šAssist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the dept.
Requirements:
šDegree holder with minimum 5 years office administrative experience (Staff welfare, event management, HR knowledge exp. is preferred), preferably with Fintech/ technology industry exp. šManagerial experience in an office setting and team management šDeep understanding of budgeting best practices šOutstanding strategic planning abilities šIn-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies šStrong supervisory, interpersonal and negotiation skills and able to work under pressure šFluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin šImmediate availability is highly preferred
