Job Summary
Role
šThe Sales Manager will lead, manage, and scale a sales team that delivers on revenue targets. This individual will craft and implement strategic sales plans, coach and mentor team members, and work cross-functionally with product and marketing teams to align efforts. As a high-growth marketplace, our fast-paced environment requires adaptability, creativity, and a strong leadership presence. šRecruit, onboard, and mentor a team of high-performing sales representatives šProvide regular coaching and professional development, ensuring the team meets individual and group sales targets šDevelop and implement a sales strategy that drives revenue growth, expands our seller base, and enhances customer acquisition across multiple categories šSet clear performance goals, analyze sales metrics, and prepare regular reports to inform leadership on team performance and emerging trends šWork closely with the marketing and product teams to create a cohesive strategy for customer acquisition, product launches, and feedback-driven product development šBuild and foster strong, long-term relationships with key clients and sellers, ensuring their needs are met and they remain active and engaged on the platform šContinuously iterate and improve sales processes, ensuring they scale with business growth and meet the changing demands of a growing marketplace šTeam members in this role are required to be within commuting distance of our New York City or Los Angeles hubs.
