Job Summary

What you will deliver:

📍Lead Generation: 📍Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential prospects that match the company's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). 📍Utilize various tools and platforms to source and compile a list of qualified leads. 📍Outbound Outreach: 📍Engage in outbound activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to initiate conversations with potential customers. 📍Tailor outreach messages to address the specific pain points and needs of the prospects, ensuring relevance and engagement. 📍Lead Qualification: 📍Qualify leads through discovery conversations to assess their needs, budget, decision-making process, and timeline (BANT). 📍Determine whether a lead is a good fit for the company based on the assessment. 📍Appointment Setting: 📍Schedule meetings or discovery calls for the sales team with qualified prospects. 📍Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads to the Business Development (BD) and Sales teams. 📍Pipeline Management: 📍Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects in the CRM tool. 📍Regularly update the sales funnel to reflect the current status of leads and opportunities. 📍Collaboration with Sales: 📍Work closely with the BD and Sales teams to understand feedback on lead quality and refine outreach strategies accordingly. 📍Assist in updating marketing content based on feedback and market trends. 📍Communication Skills: 📍Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with prospects and convey value propositions. 📍Ensure clarity, professionalism, and persuasiveness in all interactions. 📍Research Skills: 📍Demonstrate the ability to research and gather key information about prospects and target accounts. 📍Stay well-versed in the respective geographies and domains relevant to the target prospects. 📍CRM Proficiency (HubSpot): 📍Utilize CRM tools such as HubSpot to manage leads, track interactions, and report on outreach activities. 📍Ensure accurate and timely updates within the CRM to support effective pipeline management.

Must Haves for the Role:

📍Proven experience in lead generation, outbound outreach, and lead qualification. 📍Strong understanding of BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) methodology. 📍Excellent research skills and the ability to gather and analyze key information about prospects. 📍Proficiency in using CRM tools such as HubSpot for lead management and tracking. 📍Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 📍Ability to collaborate effectively with the BD and Sales teams. 📍Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 📍Go-Getter Attitude.
