Job Summary
Duties
šManage the resource planning process šPerform holistic resource analysis and identify gaps and areas for optimization šManage the end to end process of the flow of resources across teams šDrive adoption of the resource and capacity management capabilities šIdentify any resource constraints or critical areas of over and under utilization šProvide a summary of resource usage across the portfolio, escalating any constraints to the Head of the flow office. šSupport the business planning cycle šSupport IOG teams and leadership with capacity planning, including budgeting šSupport leadership with creating job descriptions, aligned to IOG standards šSupport business owners to assign the right resources to the right teams (resource balancing) šSupport shared service managers to ensure their teams are appropriately sized to support the business šManage the Flow Office recruitment process, ensuring appropriate approvals are in place regarding the need for the resource and the budget availability, prior to the IOG recruitment team posting vacancies šEmploy a continuous improvement approach to ensure that all resourcing processes continue to be fit for purpose for IOG
