Job Summary

What You’ll Do:

📍Be the architect of an unforgettable candidate journey, from scheduling phone and video calls to organizing seamless onsite and virtual interviews. 📍Build strong relationships with our candidates and team, ensuring communication is friendly, professional, and always confidential. 📍Partner with recruiters to bring creative ideas to life, from improving processes to launching fun, innovative talent acquisition programs. 📍Own the interview experience—track and optimize every interaction, acting as the go-to point of contact for candidates. 📍Keep everything running smoothly by maintaining accurate data in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

What You Bring to the Table:

📍2+ years of scheduling or coordination experience, ideally in a high-energy, fast-paced setting. 📍Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you’re professional, approachable, and fun to work with. 📍A team player mindset, thriving in a collaborative environment with multiple moving parts. 📍Impeccable organizational skills and a razor-sharp attention to detail. 📍Flexibility to juggle shifting priorities with ease—nothing throws you off balance! 📍A creative, process-driven approach, always looking for more innovative ways to work. 📍A natural ability to connect with all kinds of people—candidates and colleagues alike.
