Responsibilities:

📍Define and manage product requirements for Solana Mobile initiatives, with a focus on the Seeker mobile device and Solana Mobile platform. 📍Lead the product development lifecycle from concept through to delivery, ensuring on-time execution of new features. 📍Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other teams to define and align product features, ensuring they meet both business and technical requirements. 📍Define and track key product metrics, gather customer feedback, and iterate on product features based on insights. 📍Maintain and manage the product roadmap, ensuring features and tasks are clearly prioritized for successful delivery. 📍Facilitate cross-team communication to ensure clarity on requirements, milestones, and expectations. 📍Communicate product updates, progress, and key insights to stakeholders effectively. 📍Support troubleshooting and issue resolution during the product development lifecycle. 📍Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure product success in the market. 📍Ensure that the products meet the needs of the target users and contribute positively to the broader Solana ecosystem.

Requirements:

📍2+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on execution and delivering mobile or tech products. 📍Proven ability to ship 0 to 1 products in a fast-paced environment. 📍Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects at once. 📍Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to deliver high-quality products. 📍Ability to communicate product goals, updates, and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 📍Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute on ideas and deliver results.
