We seek a highly motivated Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and report to the VP of Growth. This role is critical to driving user and revenue growth, focusing on acquisition, retention, and effective channel management.

📍Product Strategy 📍Execute product strategy to position the company products as best in class. 📍Align on strategy around various initiatives around the company 📍Align product initiatives with business goals, identifying opportunities and mitigating threats through actionable roadmaps. 📍Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and initiatives that deliver the most customer and business value.
What We're Looking For
📍Leadership: Minimum 7+ years of experience leading product teams in high-growth crypto or fintech startups. 📍Communication: Exceptional ability to influence, inspire, and align teams. 📍Results-oriented: Analytical and data-driven, with a track record of solving complex problems. 📍Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
