Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Product Strategy & Vision: 📍Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our games and betting/social casino products. 📍Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the market. 📍Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities. 📍Product Development: 📍Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, development, marketing, and customer support to deliver high-quality products. 📍Ensure effective game balance, making adjustments as needed to enhance gameplay and player experience. 📍Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. 📍Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business and user impact. 📍Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, multitasking, and startup-like environment. 📍User Experience & Engagement: 📍Develop and implement strategies to enhance user engagement, retention, and monetization. 📍Analyze user feedback and behavior data to continuously improve the product. 📍Ensure a seamless and enjoyable user experience across all platforms. 📍Performance Tracking & Reporting: 📍Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success. 📍Regularly track, analyze, and report on product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes. 📍Present insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
📍Proven 3 years experience as a Product Manager in the mobile games and/or betting/social casino industries. 📍Strong understanding of game design, game balance, user engagement, and monetization strategies. 📍Demonstrated success in managing the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization.
