Success in this role will require both technical and commercial acumen, strong multitasking and prioritization ability, and a knack for seamlessly shifting between detail-oriented, technical tasks and strategic thought leadership. šThe incumbent will be responsible for developing frameworks for existing and new product capabilities. šPossess strategic ability to translate impact to our customers, E2E user experience, messaging, GTM strategy to any PayPal customer segments into targeted messaging and content to launch / deprecate new products impacting relevant markets. šHave an entrepreneurial mindset - continually mining opportunities and leading initiatives end-to-end with minimal supervision. šFamiliarity with PayPalās business models, functional domains and core processes is a strong plus
In your day-to-day role you will:
šSupport strategic partnership negotiations and implementations with financial institutions. šSupport partnerships from idea to contract to execution to ongoing growth šIdentify new business opportunities for PayPal and partners šInform product roadmap and marketing strategy based on partnership priorities šLead & build a customer centric and commercially viable Go-to-Market strategies šTrack performance & make GTM / Partnership/ Product changes whenever necessary šCollaborate with Sales teams on the launch and lifecycle management of products and solutions šCollaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams, liaise and communicate with Senior Management
