Responsibilities

📍Own the feature roadmap, helping define, prioritize, and iterate on features from ideation through release 📍Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to deliver seamless, secure, and performant user experiences 📍Contribute to and help implement mobile-first UX design across Ante’s core products and new features 📍Run user research and testing to validate ideas, uncover friction points, and support onboarding and adoption

Requirements

📍2+ years of product experience in a crypto startup environment, or a total of 4+ years working on product teams 📍Direct experience contributing to the launch and iteration of user-facing products (ideally from 0-1) 📍Strong design sensibility and familiarity with UX design is a must, though you don’t need to be a full-time designer 📍Deep understanding of Web3/DeFi, with fluency in ecosystem tools, products, and terminology 📍Security-aware: you recognize the importance of privacy and safe UX, and you’re attuned to potential vulnerabilities 📍Remote-first mindset and experience working in a globally distributed team
