Job Summary
As a Cognyter you will:
📍Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of Financial Statements in accordance with Brazilian and American accounting practices (USGAAP) 📍Review contracts and monitor revenue recognition (USGAAP) 📍Manage cash flow and provide reports to headquarters 📍Review and approve accounts payable 📍Monitor transfer pricing practices 📍Coordinate the budget preparation process and ensure timely revisions (forecast) 📍Support business areas with pricing, cost reviews, and contracts, assisting in negotiations with customers 📍Maintain internal control practices in compliance with current legislation, working with internal and external auditors 📍Master the use of financial management systems provided by the company for financial planning, analysis, and control 📍Coordinate the external accounting firm and advisors, ensuring timely submission of financial and tax statements to headquarters 📍Supervise the finance team, reporting to the local Finance Manager
Requirements
For that mission you’ll need: 📍Degree in Finance area or related filed 📍Fluent English 📍Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Advanced Excel) 📍Oracle experience (desirable)
