Job Summary
What you'll be doing:
šConduct thorough market and competitor research to identify and segment target markets for existing and upcoming products within the cultural, finance and payments sector. šDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, leveraging A/B testing to refine and optimize campaigns. šWork closely with the product, marketing, design, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution and product development. šUse data-driven insights to fuel growth initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and pivot strategies when necessary to achieve objectives. šFacilitate the rapid ideation and market readiness of new products, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals. šCollaborate with engineering to understand product capabilities, limitations, and opportunities for innovation. šMonitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and product launches, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future strategies. šDevelop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies with a strong focus on products in the finance and payments industry. šPlan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. šCreate and optimize marketing funnels, landing pages, and user journeys to maximize conversions and revenue generation. šUtilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including user engagement, conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and return on investment (ROI). šPerform A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments to improve marketing campaigns and user experiences. šCollaborate with the product team to provide input on product features, user experience, and go-to-market strategies based on customer insights and market trends.

šProven experience in product management and/or product marketing, preferably in the consumer, Web3, tech, or software sectors. šStrong analytical skills with an ability to use data to drive decision-making in a growth-focused environment. šExceptional market research capabilities and the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies. šExperience in A/B testing, campaign optimization, and digital marketing tools and platforms. šDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different teams, including product, marketing, design, and engineering. šInnovative thinker with a track record of identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency. šExcellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
