Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šSocial Media Engagement Tracking and Analysis šMonitor both the brand and its competitions' activities across social media platforms to track engagement metrics such as likes, shares, repost, reactions, comments, and followers. š Analyze social media engagement data to identify trends, viral opportunities, and areas for improvement. šWebsite Traffic and Visitor Behavior Analysis šAble to use Google Analytics and its related tools to gain meaningful website performance insights for both the brand and its competitions. šUse analytics tools to track website traffic, visitor behavior, and conversion rates. Provide insights and recommendations based on website data to improve user experience and engagement. šDatabase Management šManage and analyze lead databases to support marketing and sales efforts in making data-driven decisions. šMaintain and analyze customer databases to enhance customer relationship management and retention strategies. šBroad Social Media Knowledge šDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including their business versions (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta for Business, TikTok for Business). šProvide technical expertise on posting and tracking different types of media across all platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
Required Qualifications:
šBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. šProven experience in market and competition research, social media analysis, and database management. šStrong analytical skills with the ability to analyze, interpret complex raw data and comprehensive information into written reports and provide actionable insights. šIn-depth knowledge of social media platforms, both as a power user and a business user. šExperience with social media analytics tools and business versions of social media platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta for Business, TikTok for Business,.etc.). šExcellent communication and presentation skills. šAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
