Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šDevelop and manage the global marketing budget for PayPal, Venmo, B2B, our Crypto business ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. šConduct financial analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. šCollaborate with marketing, measurement, analytics and business operations teams to provide financial insights that drive strategic decision-making. šDevelop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing spend and performance. šLead financial forecasting and planning processes for all marketing investments šIdentify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within marketing operations. šBuild ad-hoc financial models, business cases, and analysis šPresent financial reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
šBachelorās degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. š10+ years of experience in finance, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment with 9-figure marketing budgets. šStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. šProficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
