Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITES OF THE ROLE

šŸ“Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategies:
šŸ“Create and implement comprehensive B2C performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. šŸ“Utilise a data-driven approach to optimize campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to paid search, paid social, programmatic display advertising. šŸ“Campaign Management: šŸ“Oversee end-to-end campaign management, from ideation and planning to execution, monitoring, and reporting. šŸ“Optimise campaign performance through continuous testing and analysis, adjusting strategies based on key performance indicators (KPIs). šŸ“Budget Management: šŸ“Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI. Provide regular budget updates and performance reports to key stakeholders. šŸ“Analytics and Reporting: šŸ“Utilise analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance. šŸ“Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve overall marketing effectiveness. šŸ“Cross-functional Collaboration: šŸ“Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product delivery and design, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives. šŸ“Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling and effective ad creatives. šŸ“Stay Informed on Industry Trends: šŸ“Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in performance marketing strategies.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

šŸ“Bachelorā€™s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field professional certification. šŸ“Proven experience in B2C performance marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth. šŸ“Experience in the payments, crypto or FinTech industry would be highly advantageous.
šŸ“Provenā€Ætrack record of growing revenue efficiently through the optimisation of paid search, paid social, and display campaigns. šŸ“Experience with the following marketing channels: Google/UAC, YouTube, Apple Search Ads, Display/Programmatic, DSPs, Facebook/Instagram, Reddit. šŸ“In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and marketing technologies (PowerBi, Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics). šŸ“Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. šŸ“Excellent project management and organisational skills. šŸ“Demonstrated success in managing marketing budgets and achieving ROI targets. šŸ“Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. šŸ“Strong communication and interpersonal skills. šŸ“Have a deep understanding of online marketing & ecommerce.ā€Æ šŸ“Understanding of market research and data analysis methods.ā€Æ šŸ“Creative with analytical capabilities.ā€Æ šŸ“Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.ā€Æ
