Job Summary

In this role, you will:

šŸ“Partner with the Director of People Operations on all aspects of Compliance including policy creation, program initiatives and operational procedures. šŸ“Lead the implementation of HR policies and procedures, and manage internal audits of our HR processes, to ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards. šŸ“Oversee employee immigration cases, partnering with managers, employees and legal counsel for support needs. šŸ“Manage and support our employee training initiatives, while overseeing our employee training platform. šŸ“In conjunction with our leave management software, guide the team and oversee all leave management, ensure timely processing of leave pays. šŸ“Directly manage our global employees onboarding and offboarding through our EOR, providing a positive and effective employee experience. šŸ“Develop and maintain core People analytics pillars by generating and analyzing HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making. šŸ“Lead and support HR projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and the overall employee experience.Identify opportunities to improve and scale existing processes, and assist with change management of various programs and initiatives. šŸ“Collaborate with the Finance team on payroll to ensure accurate processing of all internal changes. šŸ“Maintain all employment and payroll records consistently and accurately reporting any discrepancies to the People leadership team. šŸ“Build trust with employees and provide a high quality employee experience by resolving issues promptly and responding to employee questions and concerns related to payroll, benefits, compensation, leaves, and other established or new processes.

You have:

šŸ“5+ years of People Operations experience šŸ“Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work confidentiality at all levels of an organization šŸ“Excellent skills with the ability to follow-through to completion šŸ“Ability to effectively and positively interface with a broad range of employees and deliver excellent client support šŸ“Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and navigate in a rapidly-changing environment šŸ“Ability to learn new systems quickly and create improved efficiency šŸ“A big fan of process and extremely organized šŸ“Knowledge of HR federal & state laws and regulations
