Job Summary
Responsibilities
šLead end-to-end operations across KYC, onboarding, payments, reconciliations, and transaction processing šDevelop and manage operational SOPs, KPIs, and reporting frameworks šCoordinate closely with the compliance officer to ensure adherence to SEC regulations šLiaise with global product and engineering teams to localize workflows šBuild and manage relationships with local banks, vendors, and payment partners šHire, train, and lead a high-performing local operations and customer service teamMonitor operational risk, inefficiencies, and implement continuous improvements
Requirements
šMasterŹ¼s degree in Business Administration or a related field šExperience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry š5+ years in fintech or financial services operations, preferably in a regulated environment šDeep understanding of Nigerian payments infrastructure, KYC/AML processes, and crypto industry šProven track record of scaling fintech or tech-enabled operations šProven operations management experience, preferably in a similar industry. šStrong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. šExcellent communication, interpersonal skills, and project management abilities. šProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google suite etcExperience with international teams is a plus.
