Job Summary
What You’ll Do
📍Run key trade lifecycle processes: booking, confirmation, settlement, reconciliation 📍Monitor and investigate positions, P&L, cash, margin, and risk exposures 📍Support market making operations — onboarding, inventory, renewals 📍Resolve breaks and identify process improvements 📍Coordinate with exchanges, custodians, and banking partners 📍Deliver operational reports and support data-driven decision making 📍Maintain clear and up-to-date process documentation
About You
📍Crypto-savvy: 1+ year in digital assets, plus prior experience in ops, middle office, or trade support 📍Financially fluent: Understands derivatives, margin, credit, and greeks 📍Detail-driven: Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills 📍Fast-paced & autonomous: Thrives in a global trading environment 📍Tech-enabled: Python and SQL skills strongly preferred
