Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šImplement organizational strategies that enhance inclusion, engagement, transparency and accountability šFunction as a strategic partner and business advisor to leadership to drive workforce excellence and productivity šDevelop operational plans and policies that focus on talent attraction, employee retention, development and progress šDevelop and implement performance assessment and management systems to drive employee development, recognition and goal achievement šInitiate and implement strategic projects that foster high-performance culture and strong employer brand šDevelop employee grading systems and practices to ensure fairness in terms of compensation structure šUtilize HR data to inform strategic decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives
Requirements:
šProven experience as an People an Culture Leader in a fast-paced, high-growth tech startup, crypto or financial services company. šPrevious experience in building performance assessment and grading systems in complex organizations. šStrong understanding of cryptocurrency market dynamics (very desirable) and the challenges of a global workforce (Employment of Record etc) šExperience in building and scaling People and Culture functions in a startup environment. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
