Job Summary
Job Role & Responsibilities
šThe HR Manager will be responsible for all human resources functions in our growing company, ensuring we maintain both rapid growth and a positive company culture. šWe are looking for someone who can confidently take ownership of HR responsibilities and contribute to the strategic development of our company. The ideal candidate will be able to balance the needs of a small, dynamic business with best-practice HR principles. šCreate and deliver an effective HR Strategy for the business. šManage the whole People Experience cycle, from recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, to talent development and strategic reporting. šTake ownership of performance management and people development schemes, working closely with the leadership team to deliver these. šManage specific areas of HR administration, including employee onboarding, and HR reporting. šDevelop and maintain company policies that comply with current regulations. šEnsure managers are equipped with the skills and resources to effectively manage workforce issues.
Required Skills & Experience
šA minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within the technology sector. šProven experience in HR management, particularly in a Startup or SME environment. šStrong knowledge of European employment and contractor law and best practices. šExperience of managing a HR function that includes remote employees.
