Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing:
📍Responsible for paid traffic growth, developing media source/new paid ads channels/agencies according to the company's strategic goals; 📍Optimize budget, creatives, placement, audience in order to achieve ROAS/ROI target(Twitter, Facebook/Instagram or other social media channels) 📍Track weekly / monthly / quarterly channel KPI targets to manage budget and resources effectively 📍Plan, execute and report for local market teams to promote market specific campaigns 📍Participate in conferences and events to stay close and ahead of current market trends; identify potential business, collaboration opportunities.
What We Look For In You:
📍Experience with media buying from performance marketing agency, fintech or financial industry; 📍Hands-on experience setting up and optimising app installation campaigns is a must; 📍Good command of the English language; Mandarin will be a plus; 📍Strong network within the Crypto & Blockchain space, resources of agencies/ community/ KOL/ influencer is a plus; 📍Proven track record in paid ads / performance marketing; 📍Comes with a positive attitude, great interpersonal and communication skills, strong logical thinking and result-oriented mindset. 📍Experience using appsflyer, ampliture/tableau will be a plus;
