Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Identify and acquire new B2B customers, negotiating commercial terms. 📍Develop and maintain a structured sales funnel, engaging potential clients at all stages. 📍Foster long-term partnerships to drive revenue growth. 📍Collaborate with the account management team to ensure smooth customer onboarding under KYC/KYB policies. 📍Work closely with internal teams to meet business targets and support expansion. 📍Provide feedback on customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. 📍Serve as a subject matter expert on WhiteBIT’s products and services. 📍Identify opportunities to expand customer engagement through cross-selling and upselling.
Requirements
📍Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within the crypto or fintech sectors. 📍Strong ability to build and manage sales pipelines. 📍Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen. 📍Ability to multitask, prioritize, and achieve business targets. 📍Customer-focused mindset with strong presentation and communication skills. 📍Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). 📍Knowledge of KYC/KYB, AML policies, and B2B onboarding processes. 📍Passion for cryptocurrencies, trading, and blockchain technology. 📍English level - C1
