Job Summary
Your responsibilities
📍Craft and execute end-to-end user acquisition and retargeting strategies to drive user growth — for both our web and mobile app products. 📍Set up and manage campaigns across core platforms (Google, Meta, X/Twitter), emerging mediums (CTV, podcasts), creators (influencers, affiliates), and Bitcoin-relevant tactics. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Marketing, and Product, to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion optimization strategies. 📍Manage a substantial marketing budget, ensuring campaigns achieve targeted CPA and ROI goals while scaling. 📍Leverage data to analyze performance, run tests, optimize funnels, and ensure tactics are driving incremental growth. 📍Stay current with competitors and trends to proactively adapt strategies. Be an internal expert on tracking and attribution (web and mobile app), competitor tactics, UA best practices, and what resonates with seasoned Bitcoiners and HNWIs. 📍Over time, hire and lead a team of UA Specialists, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and learning. Onboard and manage agency relationships, as needed.
Skills and experience that will help you succeed
đź“ŤA minimum of 7 years in a user acquisition or performance marketing role. đź“ŤProven track record of scaling web and mobile app user acquisition campaigns and managing substantial budgets. đź“ŤExceptional analytical abilities and comfortable working with large data sets. You can present results, insights, and recommendations clearly to teammates, senior stakeholders, and the broader company. đź“ŤStrong project management and documentation skills. This role is remote and will work cross-functionally. đź“ŤUnderstand the fundamentals around Bitcoin and financial markets, and know how to advertise to users who care about these topics. đź“ŤHands-on experience configuring and operating in critical tools: attribution (MMPs), analytics platforms, campaign automation, fraud detection, tag managers. đź“ŤAt least 2 years in a marketing role at a FinTech- or Bitcoin-related company. đź“ŤExperienced in managing agency/vendor relationships and negotiating contracts. đź“ŤProficient in SQL, Python (data analysis), or similar.
