What you’ll be doing

📍Operational Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and scalability within our organization. This includes supporting key functions including finance, grant administration, human resources, and technology. 📍Resource Management: Manage resources effectively, including infrastructure, network resources, and human capital, to support the growth and stability of our platform. 📍Execution Efficiency: Ensure operational support and alignment for initiatives that enhance ecosystem growth, community/developer engagement, and partnership development, fostering a synergistic relationship between operational efficiency and ecosystem development. 📍Data Analytics: Conducting data analytics to help understand trends and identify opportunities for efficiencies, including both within the organization and relative to industry peers 📍Risk Management: Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within our operational processes and implement robust risk management strategies to mitigate them. 📍Fulfill and work other duties and responsibilities as they come about

Role Requirements:

📍Expertise: Strong background in operations management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in optimizing operational processes and resource management. 📍Industry Experience: At least 5 years of operational experience with preference for work in Web3 and blockchain ecosystems.
📍Ability to work as a self starter with a significant amount of autonomy 📍Comfortable with analyzing data and leveraging analytics to influence decision making.
📍Cross functional: strong track record of interfacing with key stakeholders from different departments. 📍Strong EQ, with fine-tuned instincts and problem-solving skills 📍Demonstrates sound, consistent, and trusted judgment 📍Ability to communicate effectively and proactively with leads and individual contributors 📍Thrives in a fast paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
