Job Summary
What you will do:
šBuild and manage all English based customer journeys and content to enhance the user experience and stages of the player lifecycle. šManaging customer segmentation, targeting, and personalised efforts for effective communication. šBe responsible for researching and sourcing relevant content to communicate to our player base. šCollaborating with CRM Supervisor, colleagues and stakeholders to design and deliver outstanding customer journeys to enhance the user experience and stages of the player lifecycle. šManaging the day-to-day execution, testing, optimisation and reporting of best practice marketing campaigns across channels such as Email, SMS, Webpage Pop Up (3T mindset: Test, Track & Tweak). šDeveloping and implementing A/B testing to optimise campaign effectiveness. šSupporting and mentoring your more junior marketing colleagues! šSalary for this position is dependent on experience with a range from $90K - $100K + Super + Bonus
What you will bring:
š2+ years in previous working experience in Marketing, with a focus on creating customer journeys and marketing strategies šA customer-centric mindset with a passion for enhancing customer experience vProficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms šBachelors degree in Marketing/Communications or similar šExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal šEssential to have sports & gambling knowledge
