Job Summary
What you will do:
šCoordinate all Indian-Market based communication and content to enhance the user experience and stages of the player lifecycle. Focusing on retention marketing. šRecommend and develop optimal plans for delivery of campaign, campaign format and campaign platform to grow profitability, creating action plans and strategies where appropriate. šEnhance player lifetime value, reduce churn and implement relevant CRM strategy in the Chinese market. š Collaborate with the content and marketing teams. š Work closely with the acquisition team to maximise the growth of campaigns in the Chinese market, as well as the company vision to launch into this new market. š Be responsible for researching and sourcing relevant content to communicate with our player base. š Monitor and analyse results of email/SMS campaigns, including completing weekly/monthly KPI reports.
