Job Summary
Responsabilities
📍Map new content to be produced on our blog, social media channels and oversee all content that the brand puts out; 📍Create and execute high-growth campaigns for talent and customer acquisition, ensuring that leads are converted into employees or new customers; 📍Develop and execute online and offline campaigns to drive traffic to digital channels 📍Ensure successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels; 📍Structure with other departments strategies for funnel conversion improvement and conduct the experiments analyzing and presenting feedback on the results achieved; 📍Provide data and analysis for decision making and measurement of marketing effectiveness; 📍Create and guarantee a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth;
Requirements:
📍Experience in a highly quantitative, analytical, and results-driven environments 📍Experience creating and managing Marketing campaigns; 📍Experience using email marketing software and Ad platforms; 📍High Level Knowledge in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) 📍High Level Knowledge of Website analytical tools 📍High English Level / Spanish will be an advantage 📍Analytical experience including converting raw data into actionable insights 📍Solid experience in Growth, Performance or Digital Marketing
