Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDevelop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan aligned with the parent company's goals, ensuring the subsidiary's continued success in the digital assets industry, including goal setting and guidance toward achieving revenue targets. šLead the Front Office units (Sales, Product and Operations). Mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of compliance, accountability, and performance.
Requirements:
šBachelor's degree in a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred). šExperience in a leadership role 5+ years within the financial services sector. šProven ability to manage client relationships and execute high-level deals. šProficiencies in the finance industry in custodian, securities or investment business, ideally in digital assets/cryptocurrency markets, with noticeable problem-solving and self-starter skills. šExcellent communication (in English and Danish) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with regulators and stakeholders.
