Job Summary
What you’ll be doing:
📍Develop and implement comprehensive partnership and go-to-market (GTM) strategies for the Coinbase Developer Platform, including 📍Build Onchain products (ex: Wallet SDK, Smart Wallets) and Platform SDK/APIs (ex: MPC Wallet, Send/Receive). 📍Design, build, and execute programs that drive awareness, adoption, usage, and growth of our products and solutions. 📍Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with founders, builders, developers, and entrepreneurs in the global onchain ecosystem. 📍Design and operationalize strategies to build, engage, and grow developer/builder communities both online and in real life. 📍Monitor market trends and analyze competitive landscapes to continuously refine GTM and partnership strategies. 📍Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal) to ensure seamless communication, collaboration, and execution.
What we look for in you:
📍7+ years in business development, partnerships, GTM, and growth-focused roles at software companies, with at least 3 years in the crypto industry. 📍Strong understanding of blockchain technology (ex: protocols, networks, dapps, wallets) and software development (ex: tools, platforms, SDKs/APIs). 📍Passion for crypto and a commitment to driving innovation, growth, and utility. 📍Resilient and adaptable to change; comfortable in fast-paced, mission-driven teams; experience building zero-to-scale products. 📍Excellent communication skills; able to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. 📍Effective in working with cross-functional teams (ex: Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, CX). 📍Skilled in developing and executing strategic plans based on qualitative research and data-driven insights. 📍Experience using community initiatives, events, and webinars to drive product awareness and adoption. 📍Proven ability to identify, pursue, and deliver growth opportunities.
